通信方式：拨号或两芯线连接，链路层协议当前状态：DOWN,发送端我用的是华为R1603,同步方式，V35转V24，另一端是万林克RT03，用台联C288,MODEM的发送端TXD不亮，接受端RXD不亮，请问这是什么问题。我用万林克的R02代替R1603配置完全一样，正常，搞不懂
