The requirement of CIW Security Analyst is only the following
Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) 4
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) 2000
Certified Novell Engineer (CNE) 4
Certified Novell Engineer CNE) 5
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE)
Linux Professional Institute (LPI) Level 2
SAIR Level 2 LCE

So if you hold one of the above certificate, just pass 470 and recieve CIW Security Analyst
For Master CIW Administrator, I think both MCSE NT4 and MCSE 2000 are valid. The holder just pass 410 and 475 to receive the certificate
